We work with DPD as a transport partner.

Home delivery

Don’t want to leave your house to receive your order? No problem, we’ll make sure it gets delivered to your doorstep. For this we work with existing partners like DHL, DPD and PostNL.

Local pickup

Living in Tilburg? Then it’s possible to select “Local pickup” during checkout. With this option selected you can come and pick up your order from our studio in Tilburg (The Netherlands) and don’t pay any shipping costs. We will contact you shortly after order confirmation to schedule a pickup date/time.

Shipping Policy

Razzo Studio is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged.

We ask that you please contact the courier with any queries or concerns first, if you are unable to get an adequate answer please email [email protected] or send us a message on social media to look into any shipping issues.

In case an order is deemed ‘undeliverable’ and is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs.

Return Policy

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, get in touch with us by sending an email to [email protected].

Unfortunately we are unable to cover any shipping costs but will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused and in one piece.

If an item is defective on arrival, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can resolve this.

Please keep in mind that custom orders can’t be cancelled or returned.
Damaged Product? 🙁
Send us an email at [email protected] within 3 days after receiving the damaged order. Include the following information in your email:
  • Order number
  • Pictures of the damaged products
  • Picture of the shipping box
  • Picture of the shipping label on the box
We ask you not to return any orders until you received a response from us. We’ll make sure to try our best to resolve this issue together.
